Attendee Substitutions:
Substitutions for alternative attendees can be made at any time.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel:
The following charges apply if you cancel, rather than taking up a substitution option:
30+ days before the event date - no charge.
Any cancellations made within 15 – 29 days before the event date will be charged 50% of the event fee.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will be charged 100% of the event fee.
3.Payment:
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS.
Payment by credit /debit card can be made through the event web site.
Our invoice payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice or prior to the event, whichever is sooner and we are not obliged to offer credit terms.
Unless agreed in advance, we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending the event.
