1. Attendee Substitutions:

    Substitutions for alternative attendees can be made at any time.

    If you would like to make a substitution, please email us at enquiries@revenuebydesign.co.uk and we will be happy to help you.

     

  2. Cancellations:

    If you have to cancel:

    • The following charges apply if you cancel, rather than taking up a substitution option:

    • 30+ days before the event date - no charge.

    • Any cancellations made within 15 – 29 days before the event date will be charged 50% of the event fee.

    • Any cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will be charged 100% of the event fee.

     

    3.Payment:

    • Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS.

    • Payment by credit /debit card can be made through the event web site.

    • Our invoice payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice or prior to the event, whichever is sooner and we are not obliged to offer credit terms.

    • Unless agreed in advance, we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending the event.
